Delivery Information
We hand deliver throughout the North Island, bringing your order directly to your door.
Hand delivery is FREE with every order.
If we already service your area, your order will be delivered by our team. If we do not currently deliver to your location, please let us know where you are based — we may be able to add your area to our delivery route.
In some cases, if there are not enough deliveries scheduled in a particular area, your order may be sent via courier to ensure it reaches you quickly and safely.
All products are fully frozen before dispatch and remain frozen during delivery to maintain quality and food safety.
Ordering & Delivery Schedule
All orders must be placed before 11:00pm every Saturday.
Your order will then be freshly prepared, frozen, and cut into convenient cubes before being packed for delivery.
Deliveries are made the following week from Wednesday onwards.
We are based in Tuakau, and once your order is scheduled for delivery, you will receive a text message confirming your delivery date.
How do our products come?
Frozen freeflow cubes 2 x 5kg layers approximately 200 to 250 grams each cube.
Box measurements are 340mm wide x 170mm high x 260mm deep.
